2. How We Use It

• To generate and purchase shipping labels through our carrier partners — sender and recipient details are shared with the carrier network as required to produce valid postage.
• To maintain your account, balance, and transaction history.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse of the service.

3. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your data with third parties except carriers and service providers necessary to operate the service, or where required by law.
• We do not use your shipping data for advertising.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support; some records may be retained where the law requires it.

5. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, connections are encrypted in transit, and access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
